PicPeek Help

01What is PicPeek?

PicPeek is a macOS and Windows desktop image workspace from ZknowAI for fast browsing, multi-image comparison, folder comparison, and pinned references.

02Which systems does PicPeek support?

PicPeek currently provides official installers for macOS and Windows. System requirements, versions, and package details are listed in the download area.

03Does PicPeek upload my images?

PicPeek is designed around local image workflows. Images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to the cloud.

04Do I need an account to use PicPeek?

The current desktop workflow does not require account registration. Install PicPeek and open local images or folders directly.

05How many images can I view at once?

PicPeek supports up to nine images on one screen for reviewing AI outputs, designs, screenshots, and assets.

06Can PicPeek compare two folders?

Yes. Folder comparison helps review screenshots, exports, or assets from different versions and inspect changes between them.

07What is image pinning for?

Pinned images stay above other windows so references remain visible while you design, write, develop, or review content.

08Should Windows users choose EXE or MSI?

EXE is recommended for most individual users. MSI is intended for managed or enterprise deployment. The download dialog labels both options.

09Can an AI agent use PicPeek?

Yes. With the companion Agent Skill, compatible agents can ask PicPeek to find, open, compare, and pin local images.

10What should I do if installation or usage fails?

Check the FAQ and support page first. If the issue remains, email service@zknowai.com with your system version, PicPeek version, and reproduction steps.
